Journaling or just writing about experiences (good or bad) Is therapeudical for me. After a pretty major health scare and going from zero to 12 pills a day, it’s been difficult not being me. I mean I’m me, I’m just not the same me that I knew.
So I’ll try anything to change my internal voice of negatives. No one can tear me down as well as I can. I’m hopeful.
